Türk Kızılay Volunteer Management System, SAP Commerce Citizen Engagement Project Underway

The Volunteer Management System, which will allow for the management of Türk Kızılay's training, assignment and communication of volunteers, will be realized using the SAP Commerce Citizen Engagement solution under the supervision of Renova Consulting’s expertise.

The goal is to increase the interaction between Türk Kızılay and our citizens, thus increasing the number of volunteers, activities and donators via the SAP Commerce Volunteer Management System.

Using the system that can be accessed through the web or mobile application, our citizens will be able to view current activities over the map, participate in them voluntarily, take online training  about the activities and win loyalty points upon completion of the activities.
