Founded in 2001, Yemeksepeti is Turkey’s first and biggest online food-delivery platform and was acquired in 2015 by Delivery Hero, one of the world’s largest online food-delivery platforms. Yemeksepeti is an online platform that delivers food and groceries in Turkey and Northern Cyprus with 50,000 partnering restaurants and more than 20 million registered customers.
The premium and incentive processes of Yemeksepeti call center employees will be managed end-to-end with SAP Commissions within this project and many criteria including incoming and outgoing calls, live calls made through Yemeksepeti for support and help, and satisfaction scores will be used for premium and incentive calculations.
Within the scope of this project, the process for premium and incentive calculations will be automated, the premium and incentive budget will be spent effectively and employees will be supported in order to meet their goals with the use of SAP Commissions. Thanks to pre-prepared reports and powerful dashboards, data will be accessible with one click, and trust and transparency will be preserved in premium and incentive payments.
